  • Grip tightening involuntarily — your muscles are trying to compensate for fatigue with more tension (which makes it worse)
  • Dinks going long or into the net more than usual in games 3 and 4
  • Forearm feeling heavy or "pumped" after a session

These are forearm conditioning and fatigue issues, not technique failures. Your mechanics may be fine — your muscles just ran out of gas.

Pronation/supination — Hold a light dumbbell vertically, rotate palm-up to palm-down slowly. Mimics the forearm rotation in drives and dinks. 3 sets of 20 rotations per arm.

Pinch grip holds — Pinch weight plates between fingers and hold. 3 sets of 20–30 seconds. Builds the grip endurance that keeps your paddle face stable on the 50th dink.

Two forearm sessions per week, consistently applied over 6–8 weeks, will produce noticeable improvement in how long you can play at full intensity.
